1 hour price analysis and rate update per property per week.

90 minutes per property per month flash mail out.

Capped at 16.5 hours per month, extra hours charged at a flat fee of $60 per hour + GST

Cost $910 per month + GST

1 hour per week per property for price analysis and rate adjustment (based on occupancy).

This would also include creating marketing strategies up to 12 months in advance; this can target renowned low occupancy periods to see if we can entice longer stays or run certain promotions well in advanced to try and maximize occupancy.

90 minutes per property per month for flash mail outs.

These would be a mix of email promotional codes, special rate types, caravan club email promotions and event and activity updates. They would be short and to the point (with more information available by clicking on the link).

These mail outs would make the most of promotions running and make a strong push for booking directly through your website. All promotions would run directly from RMS.

1 hour per property per month for

  • OTA updated and liaising with OTA’s to do everything possible to increase ranking.
  • Google + and other web and social media listings.
  • Website content and general updating.
  • RMS support if required
  • Update annual rate structure as required
  • Update general RMS issues, including meter reading, form letters, surveys etc.

Capped at 20 hours per month, extra hours charged at a flat fee of $60 per hour + GST

Cost $1,072 per month + GST
